The Moment We Were Waiting For|A Kensington Gardens Proposal
We kept waiting for it to happen and then it happened all at once.
She booked the shoot and quietly mentioned: “I think he might propose… I just don’t know when.”
We started in South Kensington. Walking, shooting, talking — everything felt normal. But there was that feeling in the air.
Like something was about to happen. I stayed ready the whole time. Watching, waiting, trying not to miss it.
An hour passed. Then more. Still nothing.
And I could feel she was waiting too. Then we reached Kensington Gardens. The light was unreal: soft, golden, almost unreal in that London way. The lake, the calm, the city fading into the background.
And suddenly…he stopped. Turned to her. Got down on one knee. And that was it.
Everything we had been waiting for happened all in one moment.
We were all smiling, laughing, a little overwhelmed. It felt light, real, and completely unforgettable.
Thank you so much for capturing this moment so beautifully.
These photos mean so much to us. We’ll cherish them forever.
